Chris Heavens was born and raised in an Irish American middle class family in the suburbs of Philadelphia. His parents, Jim and Dolly, instilled in Chris from an early age the importance of qualities such as hard work, education and being there for family and friends in a time of need. Chris was the youngest of 4 children. Chris' sister, Ellie, is a Registered Nurse. His brother Jim is a U.S. Postal Inspector and his brother Dan is a high school teacher and coach. Chris' grandfather, Harry McDevitt, lived with the Heavens family for Chris' entire life and helped Chris see that men who smile, laugh and show kindness and compassion to others are not weak, but actually strong and secure. Because of his parents and grandfather, Chris Heavens knows that the most valuable things in life are not learned from books. About Chris Heavens
Chris Heavens graduated from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown, West Virginia. After receiving his law degree, he joined a litigation firm where he litigated serious injury and death cases for insurance companies and corporations. Chris Heavens then formed Heavens Law Offices.
The mission of Chris Heavens and Heavens Law Offices is to help people and families through injury and death cases, making sure that their legal rights are protected and that they receive every benefit to which they are legally entitled.
